Every year, large quantities of perfectly edible fruits and vegetables remain unsold due to cosmetic standards, oversupply, or market fluctuations. Instead of allowing these products to go to waste, RaiseUp.farm works directly with farmers to purchase surplus harvests—including kale, salad vegetables, fruits, and other fresh produce.
These products are then carefully processed into premium dried food products and healthy snacks, extending their shelf life while creating additional value. This sustainable approach helps farmers recover income, reduces agricultural waste, and delivers nutritious products to consumers.
